Crew Sync is a separate product

Crew Sync is a software subscription provided by Cereus Tech Solutions (DBA Crewsync), a division of Cereus Service Group, LLC. These Terms cover Cereus Media House products and do not govern your use of Crew Sync.

Buying anything from Cereus Media House does not give you Crew Sync, and subscribing to Crew Sync does not give you any Cereus Media House product.

Acceptance of terms

By using our Services you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Any information you provide is accurate and complete
• If purchasing for a business, you may bind that business

Use of our Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute or resell any purchased materials
• Upload our materials to file-sharing websites
• Share download links with others
• Record, reproduce or republish our training
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or reproduce our content

Live sessions

Access details for live calls are provided to registrants and are personal to the registrant. Sessions may be recorded. By joining, you consent to being recorded and to that recording being used for training, promotional or archival purposes. If you would prefer not to appear, keep your camera and microphone off.

Sessions are scheduled in advance but may be rescheduled or cancelled. Replays are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

All content available through our Services is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including books, eBooks, graphics, logos, videos, templates, checklists, calculators, worksheets, software, website content, course materials and training documents.

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own educational or business purposes. Ownership remains with Cereus Service Group, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense or create derivative works without written permission.

Templates and forms included in the Starter Pack may be filled in and used in the ordinary course of your own business. They may not be resold, redistributed or offered as your own product.

Digital product delivery

Most products are delivered electronically immediately after payment. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and maintain access to that account. If you experience delivery issues, contact support and we will assist you.

Software subscriptions

Crew Sync and any other subscription software are provided on an ongoing basis and billed in advance. Features may change over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for maintaining your own records.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Refunds

Your purchase is governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing any product you acknowledge that you have read and agree to it.

Communications

By providing your email address or mobile number you agree to receive messages relating to your purchase or registration. Where you have opted in, you may also receive educational and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, and stop text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

Third-party services

Our website integrates with third-party providers including payment processors, email and messaging providers, video conferencing, hosting and analytics services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.

Educational purpose and no guarantee

Our products are educational and informational only. We do not guarantee business success, revenue, contracts, employment or financial results. Results depend on effort, experience, market conditions, business decisions and execution.

Nothing we provide is legal, tax, insurance, accounting or financial advice. Requirements in telecommunications construction vary by state, municipality, utility, carrier and prime contractor. Verify everything against your own jurisdiction and contract documents, and consult qualified professionals before acting.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cereus Service Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any product or service for violations of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
