Refund Policy

Who you are buying from

This policy covers The Million Dollar Fiber Contractor Blueprint, the Quick Start Guide, the Fiber Contractor Academy, live training sessions, templates and digital downloads, published by Cereus Media House, a division of Cereus Service Group, LLC. Your card statement may show the Cereus Service Group, LLC name rather than the name of the individual product you bought.

Crew Sync is a separate product, provided by Cereus Tech Solutions (DBA Crewsync), a division of Cereus Service Group, LLC and billed separately — see "Crew Sync and other subscriptions" below.

If a charge looks unfamiliar, please email support@thefiberblueprint.com before disputing it and we will identify the order for you.

Digital products

All purchases of digital products are final. Because access to digital content is provided immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or credits once an order has been completed.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

• Digital eBooks and PDF guides
• Checklists and worksheets
• Templates and calculators
• Downloadable resources
• Video training
• Future digital courses
• Bonus materials

Blueprint bonuses

The Fiber Contractor Starter Pack is included with qualifying Blueprint purchases and is considered part of the overall product. It currently comprises:

• Fiber Contractor Startup Checklist
• Capability Statement Kit
• Operations Toolkit

Future courses and programs

If you purchase any future online course, workshop, cohort, coaching program or digital training, the specific refund policy presented at the time of purchase will apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, digital educational products remain non-refundable.

Crew Sync and other subscriptions

Crew Sync, provided by Cereus Tech Solutions (DBA Crewsync), a division of Cereus Service Group, LLC, includes a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends without paying anything. The trial is your opportunity to evaluate the software — use it.

If you continue past the trial, the subscription bills in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial periods are not refunded and prior billing periods are not credited.

Failed payments

If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, access to digital products will not be granted until payment has been successfully completed.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after digital products have been delivered, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to purchased materials
• Remove access to future updates
• Restrict future purchases
• Submit proof of delivery and download activity to the payment processor

Delivery or access problems

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, we will fix it. Contact support@thefiberblueprint.com with your full name, the email address used at checkout, the date of purchase and your order number if available.

We will work to resolve any legitimate delivery or access issue as quickly as possible. Download links are time-limited for security; if yours has expired, ask and we will reissue it.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by agreement.
